Portable Crushing Foreperson

**As a Portable Crushing Foreperson, You Will**:

- Provide leadership to the crew
- Facilitate a safe work culture and be accountable for safety of the team
- Ensure company Health, Safety and Environmental policies are being adhered to
- Participate in daily work activities of equipment operating and labour duties
- Perform administrative duties such as time sheets, inspections, etc.
- Conduct ‘tail gate’ safety talks with staff to review policies and practices
- Review completed work; ensure appropriate documentation is completed
- Other duties as assigned

**What You'll Bring**:

- Previous experience or knowledge of crushing and screening
- Ability to thoroughly understand and follow plans and specifications
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Knowledge of, and adhere to Health and Safety practices and regulations
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer knowledge
- Works effectively with shifting priorities
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to accurately document daily activities
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Effective team player
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekend shifts when required
- Ability to travel, required
