This position is a customer service position and is essential for the execution of the daily cleaning requirements of our clientele. Perfect position for an individual to excel with an entrepreneurial attitude. Hourly rate + commisson, great tips from our awesome clients.

All the jobs are booked in advance offering flexibility to your day. we are a full time year round operation and can offer plenty of OT if wanted

One day per week is set aside to clean area rugs and have a day to get your van and equipment tuned up and cleaned the remaining days are on the road.

Valid and insurable G Drivers license required; Clear Criminal Background Check required.
- Meet with clients prior to cleaning
- Complete cleaning of carpets, tile, and/or upholstery in client homes
- Estimate cleaning jobs for residential, commercial and institutional clients.
- Upsell products and services
- In-plant cleaning completed in a timely manner
- Complete Estimates and Invoices utilizing House call Pro
- Maintain Vehicle and Equipment, repairs and maintenance as needed
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area in the shop.
- Provide training to new technicians when necessary
- Cross Train with our Property Restoration Division (First General)
- Participate in rotating On Call.
- Measurements using a tape and basic math skills required
- Excellent verbal communication skills are a must.

Skills and Abilities required include
- Problem solving abilities and resourceful
- Superior customer services skills
- Able to work independently with little direction
- Attention to detail
- Excellent follow through and follow up
- Ability to multi task and prioritize work load
- Work effectively with mínimal supervision
- Ability to lift 50lb or more independently.
- **Familiarity with Mobile Device and technology an asset.**

Benefits and Critical Illness offered after successful completion of the 3 month probationary period. Once training is completed, Commission based pay structure is offered.

Cross Training with our First General Property Restoration Division is provided.
