**Brief JD**:
- Onsite user support
- Knowledge of software’s like service now, jira, network printers softwares etc
- Laptop / system imaging
- Solving tickets in given SLA
- Fixing errors related to blue screen, user password, access issues.
- Keeping onsite user system intact.
**Job Type**: Contract

- 8 hour shift
