**Role**: As a Curry Chef at The Brew Estate, you will play a pivotal role in creating and enhancing our Indian cuisine offerings, with a special focus on crafting authentic and flavorful curries. Your culinary expertise will contribute to the overall success of our kitchen, ensuring our patrons enjoy a delightful and immersive culinary journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute diverse, authentic Indian curry recipes, showcasing regional flavors and culinary traditions.
- Stay updated on current food trends and bring innovative twists to traditional curry dishes.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and culinary team to create and refine the Indian cuisine section of the menu.
- Ensure menu items are well-balanced, visually appealing, and meet high-quality standards.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of Indian curries to ensure consistency and adherence to our quality standards.
- Conduct regular taste tests and make adjustments as needed.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to coordinate the timely preparation and delivery of Indian curry dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source fresh and authentic Indian ingredients.
- Manage inventory related to Indian curry preparations, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Train kitchen staff on Indian curry preparation techniques and presentation. Collaborate with other chefs to create a cohesive and complementary overall menu.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Indian Curry Chef, with specialization in various regional Indian cuisines.
- In-depth knowledge of spices, herbs, and cooking techniques used in Indian cuisine.
- Creative flair for developing new and exciting curry recipes.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

In addition to the duties mentioned above and job functions, any other assignment is given on an occasional or daily basis by the immediate superior or the management.
