We are currently looking for a Supervisor for our evening Cash Logistics operations at our Sherbrooke branch.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize and manage the work of unionized employees
- Ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, collective agreements and government regulations
- Act as a resource person for all employees in assigned territory
- Collaborate with other supervisors and staff members to establish and implement policies, procedures and goals
- Promote safe work practices by conducting safety audits, participating in company safety meetings and meeting with individual staff members
- Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets
- Lead investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints
- Work with internal or external stakeholders to determine the causes of accidents that occur during transportation and improve safety procedures
- Participate in the disciplinary or grievance process

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in personnel management in a unionized environment
- Bilingual
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Possession of a firearms acquisition permit (an asset)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and judgment skills
- Strong teamwork and partnership orientation
- Sense of urgency, exceptional communication and problem solving skills
- Strong critical thinking and active listening skills
