**Role Overview**: As an Operations Assistant at TGITA, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for managing the gym's daily operations, interacting with clients, maintaining the facility, and supporting our team of fitness coaches. Additionally, you will assist with marketing efforts, community engagement, and content creation to promote TGITA's brand and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Open and close the gym daily, ensuring security and proper maintenance.
- Conduct routine facility upkeep tasks such as waste disposal, stocking supplies, and cleaning equipment.
- Schedule and lead gym tours and Discovery calls for prospective clients.
- Oversee camera equipment usage and manage social media content.
- Handle payment processing, invoicing, new registrations, and manage holds, cancellations, and refunds.
- Support fitness coaches during sessions and assist with gym setup.
- Prepare and distribute weekly newsletters to keep the community informed.
- Represent TGITA at events and foster relationships with local partners and businesses.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including distributing materials and generating lead.
- Complete specific tasks or projects assigned by management to support operational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management.
- Willingness to learn about gym equipment and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort with assisting in fitness sessions and participating in community events.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
