**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves visiting residential homes to generate interest in solar energy systems, learning the technical aspects of solar technology, and taking detailed photos of electrical systems for our engineers. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the renewable energy movement and enjoy unparalleled growth potential and industry-leading commission rates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit residential homes to educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy.
- Generate interest and excitement about Firefly Solar’s products and services.
- Learn and understand the technical aspects of solar systems.
- Take detailed photos of electrical systems in customers' homes for engineering analysis.
- Collaborate with engineers to create accurate and customized solar proposals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and commission goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and understand technical information about solar energy systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $500.00-$1,500.00 per day
