**Primary Responsibility**

Using your carpentry and renovations skills to provide expertise on every project for the leadership of safe, effective execution and completion with excellence while aligning yourself with the company initiatives, mission, values and showing care and respect in team with all.

**Duties**
- Enhance organization reputation wherever possible.
- Assessing onsite and providing input to PM for regular material, labor and tool requirements.
- Overseeing and working alongside sub-contractors to align goals and assure compliance.
- Adhering to policies and procedures while contributing input for improved productivity, quality, construction systems and customer-service standards.
- Manage and assess risk while maintaining a safe, clean, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Training, leading, and encouraging the learning of co-workers when working in a team on site.
- Personal development and updating job knowledge by tracking and understanding existing and emerging construction practices and standards; participating in educational opportunities; and reading professional publications.
- Working in conjunction with the project manager to lighten their site workload where possible (general site lead, material lists, site updates, hold inspector/engineer meetings, etc).
- Assure site Read and follow the drawings, scope of work and timelines provided ensuring accuracy and quality workmanship in effort by all.
- Minor interaction with the customer while on site to successfully execute and complete projects as per PM direction.
- Provide additional assistance where needed and/or requested.
- Assuring in team, the customer continues to be your biggest fan.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Valid G license
- High school graduate
- 12 years experience in construction and renovations for residential and commercial work
- Have a good assortment of tools available for your own use on site.
- Good organizational and communication skill
- Strong relationship, interpersonal and managerial skills which demands the respect of others
- Self-thinker and processor with ability to formulate solutions
- Physically active and healthy person with the ability for heavy lifting and general construction site requirements
- Skilled carpenter (rough & trim) and proficient with drywall, taping, concrete, plumbing and other various renovation requirements.
- Detailed eye for quality
- Good understanding of applicable health and safety, and building code
- Exceptional time management to prioritize activities and allocate resources effectively
- Able to read plans and work comfortably with math and numbers.
- Active certifications are an asset

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Full time
- Salary $35-40 per hour, Depending on Experience
- Potential Bonuses available
- Vacation, Holidays & PTO (Sick time)
- Mileage Compensation

**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
