**Position Summary**

Primary responsibility is to efficiently move and relocate trailers and containers within our transportation yard or facility. Duties include performing shunting maneuvers to position trailers for loading and unloading, ensuring the timely and safe transfer of cargo between storage areas and dock doors.
- Location: Winnipeg
- Shift: Monday -Thursday
- Shift time: 14:00 PM - 12:30 AM

**What you will do**
- Moving around shunt trailers per shift using a shunt truck
- Be able to park trailers efficiently and tidy yard spacing to help traffic flow
- Doing general truck repairs and parts pick up
- Follow company rules and regulations with respect to safety and hours of service
- Ensure trailers are in good working condition and readily available to be loaded

**What You’ll Bring**
- Valid Class 1/AZ License is required
- Clean 5 years Commercial driving abstract (no more than 3 demerits and 3 negative events)
- Minimum 2 years of Class 1 driving experience required
- Experience with manual transmission is must
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude is must
- Experience with flat deck, super B,LCV and Moffett will be an asset

**Along with the following Skills & Competencies**:

- Must be comfortable backing into small docks
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis
- Excellent customer service skills
