**Responsibilities**

As a facility maintenance coordinator, you will have to ensure the proper functioning of the various machines in the factory with the help of your colleagues from the maintenance team. You will also have to make sure to do the preventive maintenance of the fixed and mobile machinery in order to avoid any breakage and production delay. You will be at the heart of the continuous improvement of the company and you will participate greatly in it

**Daily tasks**
- Carry out preventive maintenance of fixed and mobile machinery
- Participate in continuous improvement, in the expansion of the company
- Diagnose a breakage when reported whether mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic
- Propose solutions to improve the different workstations
- Diagnose and repair machinery while minimizing production downtime - you will then be the savior of our production team that day
- Ensure maintenance schedules are upheld for all machines.
- Building maintenance.
- Schedule occasional weekend time to perform preventative maintenance on machines.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate in electromechanics or industrial mechanics
- Three to five years’ experience in occupational health and safety in an industrial establishment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Must be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail.
- Knowledge of concrete formwork, demolition, and heavy civil work is an asset.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
