Journeyman Framer

TOTL Building and Design is looking for experienced Journeyman Framer to join our ever growing company

Building projects from Coquitlam, Burnaby and Port Moody, to Langley, Port Coquitlam and Surrey. TOTL Building and Design has established a strong track record in both home and commercial renovations. We assist our customers with planning and design, right through to coordinating structural engineers and obtaining all necessary permits required. We handle interior renovation, exterior renovations and new build construction - covering all aspects of construction.

**Job description**

Specific Skills:

- Ability to use all equipment in construction
- Read blueprints for renovations and new builds
- Framing and form work
- Installation of finishing materials
- Detail oriented
- Ability to run job site as well as work independently
- 10+ years experience

**Requirements**:

- Own vehicle
- Own tools
- Own protective equipment (ie. steel toed boots, hi-vis vest, hard hat)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- framing/forming: 10 years (preferred)
