Casino Cage Cashier

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform cash transactions for guests in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and balance it at the end of each shift
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, addressing any questions or concerns
- Supervise and monitor the activities of the cage area to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with training new cage cashiers and provide ongoing support and guidance
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a cash handling role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Leadership skills to supervise and guide team members effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing cash transactions
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $20.50-$21.95 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
