**Position Summary**:
The Supervisor, Order Fulfillment reports to the Manager, Order Fulfillment and is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the order fulfillment team. The Supervisor, Order Fulfillment will be responsible for ensuring order accuracy, manages any escalations, communicate with customers and providing exemplary leadership to support the business needs.

**The position can be located in Toronto or Montreal.**

**What will you be doing**:

- Oversee the day-to-day activities for the order fulfillment teams in Ontario & Quebec.
- Manage Commercial orders and assign appropriately amongst the team members.
- Assist with orders and tickets during busy periods.
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilizing all teams to produce optimal results.
- Monitor and provide feedback to team members in order to maintain department' service levels and high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Review orders and support tickets to ensure everything is implemented correctly and resolved in a timely manner.
- Serve an escalation point for challenging orders and assist the team in resolving issues escalated internally from other departments.
- Oversee the new hire training and onboarding process is up to date, which includes: training tutorials, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
- Motivates and lead’s a high performance management team by mentoring direct reports to cultivate skills to increase consciousness of the interrelationships between each department.
- Using conflict resolution techniques when concerns/issues arise amongst direct reports and between departments.
- Proactively supports, encourages and facilitates employee’s to engage in continuous improvement activities and improve company morale.
- All other duties assigned as assigned.

- 2-3 years experience in a similar or relevant role.
- 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Management & Leadership Skills.
- Superior customer service skills.

- Highly effective decision making capabilities.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Bilingual French and English is required.
- Strong attention to detail and follow up skills.
- Demonstrated organizational, time and stress management abilities.
- Ability to work with a high sense of urgency.
