**_Calling and Adherence Specialist _**to join our growing specialized pharmacy operations in Mississauga, ON.

Under the direction of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Adherence Specialist/Calling Assistant position is responsible for managing all aspects of onboarding patients for assigned physicians in a given geographical area or hospital. The individual will work directly with the physicians and or the office staff to provide proactive and seamless services with respect to onboarding new patients. This role is performed both in our offices and in the field.

**_Calling and Adherence Specialist _**position to join our rapidly growing Mississauga Location.

In addition to 1 year of pharmacy experience and knowledge of Kroll, the ideal applicant must be personable, organized, patient-focused, and possess excellent communication skills.GreenShield offers an excellent work environment and great remuneration. The position entails of full-time hours between Monday to Friday, no weekends. While we thank all applicants for your interest in GreenShield, only qualified persons will be contacted.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Calling and speaking with patients periodically to schedule their upcoming refills for their chronic biologic medication.
- Coordinating and scheduling delivery through our logistics software in coordination with the logistic department.
- Inputting clinical and non-clinical software data into our pharmacy management software for the purpose of maintaining accurate and up to date patient profiles.

**What you need to have**:

- College or University Degree is an asset.
- Experience in providing excellent customer service is preferred.
- Great written and oral communication skills is a must.
- Reliability with proven attendance and punctuality record is required.
- Other skills required: Organized, personable, and a collaborative mindset
