We’re looking for a data-driven Market Analyst to help enhance the way our members experience Affinity.

**What you’ll do**:

- Conduct research, perform market analysis and generate recommendations that contribute to the planning, development and execution of marketing initiatives
- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits to optimize our member experience and marketing strategies
- Manage research projects related to markets, products, pricing strategies and distribution while maintaining our research analytic platforms
- Support informed, researched-based decision-making across the organization

**What you’ve got**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge of marketing analysis, product development and elements of a marketing campaign
- Ability to conduct research in order to discover, analyze and recommend innovative processes
- Working knowledge of the financial services industry
