Dream is always looking for the best and brightest to join its thriving community. Dream Industrial REIT is currently looking for an Intern, Investments based in Toronto, to support our investments team on acquisitions and dispositions starting in January 2025

**What will you do?**

Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.
- Develop and maintain financial models for use in evaluating potential investments using Argus Enterprise and Excel;
- Participate in investment meetings, tracking and reporting on investment pipeline activities;
- Build and manage transaction databases for industrial assets across all of our active markets;
- Support the team through the deal execution and due diligence process.
- Conduct industry research and assist in preparation of memos, presentations and reports for management as required;
**What type of experience do you have?**

In addition to being an assertive self-starter and strong communicator with a positive attitude, you need to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.

The following are the keys to your success with us:

- You have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Prior relevant work or extra-curricular experience in real estate, finance, or investments would be a plus
- You have a strong work ethic, high level of attention to detail and desire to consistently over-deliver
- You work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
