Clinical Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing KCPCN calendars, appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Managing and supporting text reminders through Mikata
- Managing and setting up Zoom meetings
- Managing and collaborating with hospital around appointments and schedules
- Responsible for setting up and taking care of Specialist Clinic
- Office supplies and promotional materials (inventory, ordering, communication with service providers)
- Communications for staff & physicians
- Netcare

**Education/Experience**:

- Business Administration Diploma or a combination of Education/Experience
- 2 years' experience as a receptionist, or relevant role, considered an asset.
- Medical Terminology certificate or related experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting an asset
- Experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Excellent computer skills (Office 365, including SharePoint), with the ability to maintain organized electronic computer records
- Demonstrated and effective communication skills
- Experience with confidentiality and sensitive information is essential

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: $19.13-$23.29 per hour
