The person is responsible for the replacement of the Dry Yeast Packaging Operator and MQL Dryer Operator

**_ OPERATOR DRY YEAST PACKAGING_**
- Monitor and control the following lines established standards:

- Cleaning, sanitizing, preparation and operation of all production lines and associated equipment
- Operate the Twin packaging lines parameters to established standards
- Perform packing operations, if necessary, on the following lines
- Manipulate/handle cases of products if equipment malfunctions or count differences.
- Operate a lift truck to transfer pallets from area.
- Report of production and maintenance issues.
- Maintain the Companys quality standard and comply with the GMP
- Complete reports in support of the processes including HACCP.
- Perform/assist/support equipment inspections.

**_ OPERATOR MQL DRYER:_**
- Monitor and control the filtration parameters on the MQL Rotating Vacuum Filter (RVF).
- Monitor and control the MQL Dryer parameters and dependents.
- Prepare batches of ingredients.
- Perform various tests to follow the process parameters.
- Perform transfers of bulk materials within department.
- Clean/wash of the MQL equipment and department.
- Report production and maintenance issues.
- Complete reports in support of the processes including HACCP.
- Assist/support equipment inspections.
- High school diploma.
- Good communication skills, interaction with other departments.
- Ability to understand industrial equipment and processes.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Knowledge of similar industrial processes.
- Knowledge of GMP and HACCP principals
- Personal computer experience.
- Flexibility in tasks to be accomplished and their timing.
- Documentation skills for production and/or maintenance reports.
