**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking to amplify our impact and are currently looking for a Part-Time Script Writer. You will be responsible for writing scripts to help make viral videos and capture audiences instantly. Collaborating with editors, researchers and showrunners, you will be expected to produce well-written, engaging, and larger than life content while following Paradigms writing style. Success in this position will be demonstrated by delivering high-quality content to increase overall readership and engagement, all while maintaining brand identity.

**What you will be working on**:

- Executing script from beat sheets
- Help produce content aimed to motivate, inspire, and uplift our audience
- Preparing short summaries of your ideas and pitching them to our leads
- Create content that is factually accurate, engaging, and on-brand

**What you will bring**:

- Strong understanding of characterization and dialogue, emotional beats and storytelling.
- have a passion for the genre and a love of the media industry
- Valuable observation skills
- Excellent writing skills in English
- Strong interest in motivational initiatives

**What you will need**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of scriptwriting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or relevant field
- Creativity and Imagination
- Self-discipline and patience
