**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist bookkeeping department with invoicing
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Assist management with services proposals
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
