We are a locally owned and operated auto repair shop in South Edmonton and we take pride in offering high-quality automotive services and sound advice our customers can trust. **Your Experience**

You are the perfect fit for Revolution Motors if YOU:

- Have at least 3 years of experience in Service Advisor role
- Have strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook,
- Are familiar with general databases
- Can build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**The Position**

As the Junior Service Advisor with Revolution Motors, you will work closely with the Lead Service Advisor to ensure that every customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism. You will be responsible for general administrative and customer service tasks including but not limited to the following:

- Answer phones and effectively deal with customer needs
- Invoicing and customer payments
- Develop positive and professional relationships with customers, vendors/suppliers and technicians
- Parts delivery when needed
