**SUMMARY**

We have an exciting career opportunity for a full-time fish cutter to become part of our growing team We are looking for individuals who can process seafood products so that they are ready for sale or for cooking in a restaurant.

**KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Skinning, cleaning, filleting, and cutting correct portion sizes for a variety of fish.
- Weighing and packaging final products.
- Unloading and breaking down deliveries, stocking refrigerator and freezer cases with products.
- Properly handle, prepare and store products to adhere to food safety and health & safety standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

**You are**:

- A motivated worker who has fish filleting/cutting experience.
- Available to work Monday to Friday.
- Available on the weekends, especially Saturday.
- Can lift 50 Ibs.
- Able to stand and work for extended periods of time in a refrigerated and wet environment.
- Able to follow instructions.
- Able to wear safely shoes (we have a Company reimbursement program).
