**Summary Description**

The Staffing Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level, administrative support to all departments within the organization. This is a dynamic role that requires you are highly organized, can juggle many tasks at once, are not easily overwhelmed, and are comfortable interfacing with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

This position will also train to back up and support the Staffing Supervisor with recruiting, DocuSign, scheduling, flights, and accommodations.

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm in the Medcor Canada Corporate office in Ponoka, Alberta.

**Expectations, Duties, and Requirements**
- Responsible for data entry, daily time entry and payroll support with Medcor Canada’s electronic software
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness are followed for time entry requirements and payroll processing
- Enter expense reimbursements for field staff
- Organize project specific timesheets in Sharepoint to align with invoice processing
- Track and follow up virtually with advocates throughout onboarding process to ensure compliance
- Manage all employment status changes throughout employment life cycle within our HR/payroll system (ADP)
- System administrator of electronic timesheet software, this would involve configuration and deployment of new project specific timesheets
- Back up position to support our Operations Staffing Supervisor with recruiting, pre-hire paperwork, scheduling, and accommodations
- Fleet management assistance, when required, pick up/drop off employees at airport and assist with loading MTC’s
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Education, Experience, and Other Requirements**
- Time Entry and administrative experience preferred
- Resourceful and comfortable to learn systems and technology
- Detail orientated and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates initiative to provide solutions and update process
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Aptitude for analytical process
- Customer relations experience strongly preferred
- Looking for proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and a commitment to personal and professional growth and development

**Computer Skills**:
The advocate must be comfortable with technology and learning new software. Training will be provided but technological capacity is a must.

**Work Environment**:
This position is designed to be primarily a corporate office environment with a climate controlled and enclosed work area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
