**Position Overview**:

- Provide general day to day administrative/executive support to the Program Staff - typing memos, presentations, and proposals, distributing mail, filing, answering telephone, taking minutes etc.
- Assist in tracking daily and monthly financial transactions and other processes as required
- Coordinate conference rooms
- Complete and consolidate presentations, take minutes and track action items of meetings and conferences
- Co-ordinate and conduct meetings
- Prepare slide packages for briefings
- Maintain the department vacation request and event calendar
- Complete daily departmental timekeeping; Maintain personnel files and Department Employment Registers
- Track staffing changes; Track program training requirements
- Update routine office forms, filing and binders
- Coordinate, standardize, update routine office lists and organizational charts, amend Standard Plant Procedures (SPPs), Administrative Directives (ADs), Quality Standard Procedures Manual (QSPs)
- Provide support by raising IT Tickets, Expense Reports, Maintenance Job Requests, etc.
- Maintain and co-ordinate the acquisition of supplies for CSC and MOBs including management of the photocopier/printers Input data used for internal databases File aircraft technical records in the morgue
- Complete any other taskings as assigned

**What You Will Do**:

- Minimum of three years experience in related field.
- Minimum education level of grade 12 graduation certificate.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and Power Point
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Professional in manner and in dealing with others at all levels both inside and outside the company.
- Must be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Secret Level II Security Clearance through PSPC- Contract Security Program, and Transport Canada RAIC clearance.
