This role is a 9 month, part-time (approx 20 hrs/week) contract position.

**What you’ll do**:
As the Project Manager, you’ll act as a project manager, and think like an account manager. Your efficient delivery of project outcomes, effective quality control, clear communication of expectations to stakeholders, and upward reporting to senior management are critical tasks that must be done throughout each project’s lifecycle. You strive to develop client relationships as a strategic account manager and trusted advisor with direct responsibility to leverage these relationships to drive growth. You will also:

- Establish an SOW for each approved project, defining the project's goals, objectives, risks, assumptions, staffing levels, roles and responsibilities, work breakdown structure, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage project activities throughout the life-cycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, scheduling, documentation, budget, and other factors necessary for success.
- Plan and guide the team through all project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using the appropriate software tools and waterfall/agile methodologies.
- Build strategic relationships to grow account insight and uncover new revenue opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Develop strategic and tactical plans to generate new opportunities. Assist Business Development team in identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities.
- Hold regular stakeholder meetings in order to solicit feedback, input, and expectations; incorporate these into project plans.
- Reallocate resources across multiple projects where necessary; identify and resolve any resource allocation discrepancies.
- Produce regular reports (status, escalations, etc.) on the progress of projects; deliver these reports during regular stakeholder touchpoints.
- Track all project costs to ensure completion within budget; procure extra budget funding where necessary.
- Identify and resolve conflicts within project teams and associate work
- Establish and maintain change control processes and conduct change control meetings for scope changes and prioritizations
- Identify and actively manage potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct project retrospectives in order to identify areas for improvement; make recommendations based on findings.

In this position, you will have flexibility to be fully remote, or in office (Toronto, ON), or a hybrid of the two. Some travel may be required for on-site meetings or attendance of conferences. This role reports to the Project Manager Lead.

**What you’ll bring**:

- University degree
- 5+ years of project management
- Salesforce Platform User experience an asset, Platform Implementation experience ideal
- Demonstrated success in project delivery and execution of project management methods
- Proven experience in SDLC (including Waterfall and Agile) and Jira
- Effective team relationship building and conflict resolution skills
- Strong creation and facilitation of meetings, feedback sessions, and project documents in order to create consensus among stakeholders
- Success in building relationships to become a trusted advisor to senior leadership and enabling new revenue opportunities
- Excellent business acumen and executive presence
- Flexibility to adjust shifting priorities and deadlines
- Proactive issue identification and superb problem resolution skills

Nice to have:

- Agile/Scrum certification
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager
- Experience with Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, or Hubspot
- Other marketing automation certifications
