EVOO Greek Kitchen is looking to hire an experienced cocktail bartender. If you have a passion for creating and experimenting with cocktails, we are looking for you. We consistently change our cocktail menu and are looking for an experienced bartender who can help our team create craft cocktails, execute cocktails at a high level and has mixology knowledge and experience. If you are creative and love creating an exceptional guest experience we are looking for you

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high quality service to customers
- Mix and serve drinks following set standard recipes
- Greet guests in a timely manner and take orders
- Process cash and credit card transactions following appropriate procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team
- Carry out all tasks with attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety
- Assist with inventory and inventory control
- Assist in creating and developing cocktail menus

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
- 2 years of experience in a bar or similar environment
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- serving: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 4 years (required)
