**About This Opportunity**:
As a Planner, Vending you will be working remotely ( 3 days from home and 2 days in office) and reporting to the Manager, Strategic Customer Initiatives based out of Brampton. In this role, you are to keep track and maintain proper invenotry required for fulfilling demand requirements within all venfing outlets. **Speaking and writting fluently in French is preferred.**

**Responsibilities**:
Planning activity to maintain proper inventory required for fulfilling demand requirements within all vending outlets.
Achieve optimal Key Performance Indicators: Reduce/prevent out of stocks, increase driver productivity through higher cases per fill, Increase Schedule vs fill through creation of realistic routes
Accurately process and schedule Customer Service Tickets within designated milestones.
Root cause analysis on Out-of-Stock flavor, customer service ticket and address root cause while scheduling service. (Example: schedule space to sales change, etc.).
Incorporate data integrity resolution, and Equipment movement Order activity into the daily Driver schedule.
Select outlets for service based on standard scheduling guidelines and include local considerations (Collective Bargaining Agreement, Department of transportation requirements, etc.) in driver workday.
Within individual outlets being scheduled, identify outlet sales trends, and recommend appropriate adjustments (increase call day, change machine type, etc.) in collaboration with Vending Manager.
Accurate maintenance and scheduling of service groups or vendor banks.
Accurate and timely create and update planograms (SAP)
Collaborate with Vending Manager to identify efficiency gaps
Communicate and collaborate with Full-Service Supervisor to address local issues and opportunities and with our external customer
Identify the root cause discrepancies from actual revenue vs the expected revenue

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics or distribution
Experience in vending would be an asset
Advanced level of MS Office
Experience working with SAP
Strong analytical aptitude
Advenced in French language is preferred
Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and plan
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
