**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Be part of a dynamic team working to improve the quality of education within hearing healthcare to clinicians and their patients. AHead Simulations is an innovative medtech startup providing new training and demonstration products in the hearing industry. As AHead continues to expand, we are seeking a part-time Audiology Lead to join our team and contribute to the audiological validation and development of marketing messages and marketing content.

As the Audiology Lead, you will play a vital role in AHead's commercial efforts to remain a trusted audiological voice of training and education in the hearing industry. This is an excellent side-hustle opportunity to join a small startup and contribute to the growth of an exciting venture in the hearing industry.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drive the value propositions of CARL, through curating and developing how-to videos, use-cases, lesson plans, and other educational opportunities with CARL
- Validate and support the development of marketing messages in the hearing healthcare space
- Collaborate with marketing team to align messaging with industry standards and best practices
- Proof and review marketing material, ensuring correct use of terminology
- Manage and build an internal technical terminology database
- Develop, support, and present in front of large and small groups, both in person and virtually in seminars, webinars, podcasts, etc.
- Provide audiological feedback on next generation developments from AHead

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Audiology-related Degree
- At least five years experience in audiological clinical practice
- Experience in creating/supporting the development of marketing content
- Experience creating audiological video content
- Comfortable being the face and voice of audiological expertise for AHead

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5 per week

**Salary**: From $100.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Audiology Clinical: 5 years (required)
