Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé de fournir un excellent service client, de traiter les transactions et d'aider les clients dans leurs demandes. Responsabilités:

- Accueillir les clients et leur offrir une expérience positive.
- Traiter les transactions de vente avec précision et efficacité.
- Gérer les paiements en espèces, par carte de crédit et de débit.
- Assister les clients dans leurs demandes et fournir des recommandations.
- Maintenir une zone de caisse propre et organisée.
- Effectuer les tâches ménagères incluant, sans toutefois s'y limiter, le nettoyage de l'aire de service à la clientèle, les réapprovisionnements lorsque nécessaire, le balayage, la vadrouille, la sortie des poubelles.
- Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour assurer le bon fonctionnement du magasin.
- Résoudre les plaintes ou les problèmes des clients de manière professionnelle.
- Vendre des produits et services pour maximiser les opportunités de vente.
Expérience:

- Une expérience préalable en service client est requise.
- Des compétences bilingues (anglais/français) sont requises.
- Solides compétences en communication, tant verbale qu'écrite.
- Capacité à gérer les transactions en espèces avec précision.
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation de la technologie à des fins de vente.
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle et capacité à établir des relations avec les clients.
- Solides compétences en gestion du temps pour prioriser efficacement les tâches.
- Compétences mathématiques de base pour la gestion des espèces.

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and assisting customers with their inquiries. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Complete housekeeping tasks including but not limited to, cleaning of customer service area, refills when necessary, sweeping, mopping, taking out out the garbage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service is required.
- Bilingual skills (English/French) are required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
