**1 - Midnight **shift (10:55pm - 6:55am, Sunday to Thursday)

**2 -** **Afternoon** shift (2:55pm - 10:55pm, Monday to Friday)

**1 - Day** shift (6:55am - 2:55pm, Monday to Friday)
- Accurate and timely processing of all required customer paperwork using SAP, RF scanner, customer shipping websites, printers and fax machine.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely, safe and efficient manner to ensure receipt by the customer as ordered. Complete trailer safety prior to entering any truck.
- Receive materials in ERP system after unloading truck. Store materials.
- Deliver materials to the work lines ensuring continuous flow.
- Verify all paperwork for accuracy.
- Perform cycle counting and inventory checks.
- Send ASN (Advanced Shipping Notifications) to customer websites.
- Participate in annual inventory activities.
- Operate forklift safely and within best practices to ensure safety and productivity are met.
- Sufficient strength, endurance, agility and coordination to meet the demands of the job, which can include movement of the neck, upper and lower limbs, and trunk.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
- Good computer knowledge, use of SAP, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Internet to successfully complete all customer and company requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have current counterbalance forklift certification is required.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Shipping / Receiving, completing Shipping papework and performing receiving inspections is required.
- Experience with SAP or other computerized ERP system is required.
- Prior automotive experience (ASN's, customer requirements) is an asset.
- Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to read Standard Work Instructions, Safety Instructions and Shipment records.
- Computer and arithmetic skills for inventory and shipment control. Written communications skills.

**Notes**:
Must be able to meet physical requirements for the safe operation of tow-motors and material moving equipment, including visual acuity. hearing and manual dexterity.

Must be able to successfully complete certification in Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) and Spills Response.
