**En quoi consiste l’occasion d’emploi ?**

**Quelles seront vos tâches ?**
- Préparer les lettres d’offre d’emploi et faciliter le processus d’approbation
- Participer au processus d’intégration au poste ainsi qu’à la préparation des rapports et aux projets de recrutement
- Trouver et recommander des possibilités de simplification et d’optimisation
- Collaborer avec les recruteurs et recruteuses de manière à offrir un soutien optimal aux gestionnaires et aux personnes ayant postulé

**De quoi avez-vous besoin pour réussir ?**

**Exigences**
- Au moins un an d’expérience professionnelle (peut comprendre un stage ou une expérience de travail similaire dans un bureau)
- Souci du détail et aptitude à résoudre les problèmes ; capacités de raisonnement analytique et numérique
- Capacité en français et en anglais requise pour communiquer avec des équipes situées partout au Canada.

- Un an d’expérience professionnelle connexe dans le domaine des ressources humaines
