**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Salary Offered**: 65 000$ - 75 000$ annually (to be determined based on experience level)
- **Position Type**: Permanent / Full-time - On-site
- **Location**: Head Office - 877 Boulevard Jean-Paul-Vincent, Longueuil, J4G 2T2

**ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES**
- **Procurement**: sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing products from international suppliers to meet the company's needs. Ensure timely delivery and keep management informed of any potential supply risks related to common issues with overseas suppliers. Keep ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) dates up to date in the ERP system.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**: cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure the delivery of placed orders.
- **Inventory Management**: manage ERP system parameters Min/Max, lead time, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), LOT SIZE for multiple sites in Canada to optimize availability and avoid stockouts, and achieve the organization’s KPIs.
- **Data Management**: keep ERP system iup to date, confirmed placed orders, prices, open POs, and delivery dates.
- **KPIs**: maintain and develop information reports for products under your responsibility, DOH (Days on Hand), OTD (On Time Delivery) from suppliers, open dollar values.
- **Cost Optimization**: continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs and improve the efficiency of the procurement process.
- **Quality Assurance**: collaborate with quality control teams to ensure purchased products meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: work closely with other departments such as sales and marketing, logistics, and finance to align procurement activities with the company's overall objectives.
- **Change Management**: be open to operational changes and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Market Analysis**: collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to monitor industry trends, price fluctuations, and market demand to make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Project Management**: capable of maintaining and developing projects under your responsibility.

**REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONSM, AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in distribution centers.
- Intermediate to advanced bilingualism in English and French (MANDATORY).
- Strong management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and knowledge of D365 is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong digital skills, proficiency in Excel, and ability to analyze data from downloads - High Volume - High Mix.
- License/Certification: certified supply chain professional, APICS certification is an asset.
