**What You Will Do**

As our Finance & Insurance Specialist, you will work under the supervision of our Sales Manager to be responsible for dealing with our customers post RV purchase to:

- Discuss and secure financing for our customers through our lender network
- Provide customer with thorough explanation of all aftermarket products we have to offer at our dealership
- Verify all details of sales contract for accuracy and completeness as well as go through all paperwork with customer to finalize all contracts
- Prepare and execute all licensing, ownership transfer, extended warranty, financing, insurance paperwork with customers for all contracts
- Maintain strong relationships with all financial institution reps to stay current on changing policies and promotions
- Preparing sales/payment marketing material for trade shows
- Greeting customers/assisting with sales phone lines when busy
- Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

**Requirements**:

- Have exceptional communication skills
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar Business Office role
- Be self-motivated, well organized and maintain a high attention to detail
- Good work ethic with ability to take direction, learn, and deliver excellent results
- Valid drivers license with your old vehicle
- Availability to work every Saturday
- Availability to work 2-3 retail trade shows in the offseason

This is an ideal position for an experienced individual with a great team attitude who loves working in a customer focused environment.

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stratford, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- F&I: 1 year (preferred)
