Responsibilities: - Draft detailed architectural plans using CAD software - Communicate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements - Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements - Present architectural drawings and designs to clients for approval - Use Adobe software to enhance visual presentations Experience: - Proficient in CAD software for architectural design - Skilled in drafting and presenting architectural plans - Knowledge of NavisWorks for 3D modeling - Ability to analyze and interpret architectural drawings and specifications - Strong communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and contractors - Fluency in English for effective written and verbal communication - Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Word for project coordination and documentation

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
