**PROFIL**

**Bartender sur les tours scéniques**:
Chaque préposé(e) au bar sera à bord pour des croisières touristiques sur la rivière des Outaouais et/ou le canal Rideau. Les préposé(e)s s’occuperont du bar et de la cantine à bord, vendant de la bière, du vin, des boissons mélangées ainsi que des collations simples. Ils/elles sont responsable de la propreté du bar, de la cantine et des salles de bain pendant les croisières touristiques. Chacuns(es) devraient être en mesure de répondre à des questions concernant les tarifs, les horaires de croisière et toutes questions générales en rapport aux tours.

**Bartender de charters**:
Croisières Outaouais offre des croisières nolisées du type corporate, réception de mariage, party thématique etc où l'environnement peut être du type club-boîte de nuit. L'environnement est dynamique, parfois à haute intensité demandant du service rapide. Les événements sont majoritairement le soir et toutes les fin de semaines de l'été au complet.

Mai à octobre

Salaire : 16$-18 $ l’heure + pourboires

**DESCRIPTION DE POSTE**
- Doit être certifié Smart Serve.
- Habile à offrir un service rapide et efficace, et faire du 'up sale'
- Bilinguisme requis - doit être à l’aise d’avoir des conversations en anglais et en français.
- Précis (e) - compter les inventaires avant et après les quarts de travail, assurer de bien poinçonner les commandes
- Coopératif(ive) - doit bien travailler avec ses collègues.
- Fiable - doit se présenter à l’heure pour chaque quart de travail, en tenue appropriée.

**PROFILE**

**Sightseeing cruises Bartender**

Each bar attendant will be onboard for sightseeing cruises on the Ottawa River and/or Rideau Canal. Bar attendants will tend the onboard bar and canteen, selling beer, wine, mixed drinks as well as simple snacks. The bar attendant is responsible for the cleanliness of the bar, canteen and restrooms area during sightseeing cruises. Each bar attendant may need to be able to answer questions concerning fares, cruise schedules and questions about the city of Ottawa.

Bartender for charters

Ottawa Boat Cruise hosts a variety of private event charter from corporate, wedding reception, themed parties etc where the environment can be similar to nightclub bars. It can be a fast paced dynamic environment, requiring quick service style bartending. Most event takes place evenings and every weekend for the whole summer.

May to October

**Salary**: 16$-18$ Per Hour + Tips

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Must be Smart Serve certified
- Capable to handle a fast service bar, and ability to up sale
- Bilingual - must be comfortable having conversations in both English and French.
- Accurate - counting inventory before and after shifts, accuracy when punching in orders
- Cooperative - must work well with coworkers.
- Reliable - must show up on time for each shift, in proper attire.
