**About The Role**

Based at our Nova Chemicals Joffre project site on a 4 day on, 3 day off schedule, and reporting to the Supply Chain Lead, the Subcontract Coordinator monitors all active subcontracts with the support of the central subcontracts team.

**As a Subcontract Coordinator at Graham, you will**:

- Understand the terms and conditions of executed contracts for the project while adhering to Graham M & T processes and procedures.
- Responsible for verification and tracking of contractor Labor, Equipment and Material (L.E.M) to the subcontract terms.
- Liaise and manage correspondence between the project and subcontractors.
- Facilitate contact closeout process.
- Coordinate the mobilization and logistics of the subcontractors on an as needed basis.
- Attend and contribute information during team meetings with regards to current/outstanding issues and/or weekly process.
- Work with Accounts Payable and Suppliers to resolve payment issues.
- Complete Weekly Subcontracts Summary report and submit to operations and the function weekly to communicate the status of subcontracts.
- Manage and maintain strong communication and relationships between the suppliers and the project team.
- Prepare and/or complete subcontract reports.
- Complete and submit monthly documents to the appropriate departments. (e.g. timesheets, expense reports, etc.)

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or another technical field and asset.
- Pursuit of SCMA / CIPS qualification is an asset.
- Ability to listen to stakeholders concerns and provide requisite solutions.
- Proficiency in procurement processes.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Relevant product and subcontract market knowledge.
- Knowledge of tender and contract procurement practices and processes.
- Strong analytical skills and high competency with supplier selection and evaluation.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight and demanding deadlines.
- Proficiency using a computer and Microsoft Office.
