We are hiring seasonal third key holders at our Montreal Trust pop up store. You will be collaborating with managers and/or assistant managers to keep both the store and stockroom running smoothly, and in the absence of managers and/or assistant managers, they step up to guide the team.

What you will do:
For the creative-minded among us, there is also the role of the visual third key holder, and everything you see when you enter one of our stores is what they help maintain. They bring our brand to life by overseeing the visual merchandising, setup, and marketing directives in the store. No matter their specialty, all our third key holders are emerging leaders, and we rely on them to create a customer-friendly environment while supporting daily operations and their teams.

**Tasks**:

- Stocking shelves and proper rotation of dated products
- Communicating with the Assistant Store Manager and/or Store Manager about out of stock positions
- Greeting, assisting and advising customers in all aspects of customer service
- Carrying out duties in a positive cheerful manner, and ensure a friendly professional atmosphere within the store
- Knowing about all promotional activities
- Opening and closing the store
- Assisting with store administration
- Supporting your team members with direction and coaching
- Demonstrating a commitment to our Health & Safety policies and guidelines
- Maintaining a clean, easy to shop, customer friendly stores
- Assisting with loss prevention
- Ensuring store signage standards are maintained
- Maintaining control over all money and media during each shift

What you will need to be successful:  

Must haves:

- Previous experience in senior sales position
- Possess strong customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally in both French & English
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to re-prioritize workload and adapt to changing circumstances
- Ability to self-motivate, capable of showing initiative and working well with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail

Ce que vous ferez:
Quelle que soit leurs spécialités, tous nos détenteurs de troisième clé sont des leaders émergents, et nous comptons sur eux pour créer un environnement convivial pour les clients tout en soutenant les opérations quotidiennes et leurs équipes.

Tâches:

- Stocker les étagères et assurer une rotation correcte des produits périmés
- Communiquer avec le gérant(e) ou l'assistant gérant(e) du magasin au sujet du manque de stocks.
- Accueillir, conseiller et aider les clients dans tous les aspects du service à la clientèle et de la vente aux détails.
- Effectuer les tâches de manière positive et joyeuse, et assurer une atmosphère professionnelle et amicale au sein du magasin.
- Être au courant de toutes les activités promotionnelles
- Ouvrir et fermer le magasin
- Aider à l'administration du magasin
- Soutenir les membres de l'équipe en les guidant et en les encadrant
- Faire preuve d'engagement à l'égard de nos politiques et directives en matière de santé et de sécurité
- Maintenir un magasin propre, facile d'accès et accueillant pour les clients
- Aider à la prévention des pertes
- Contrôler l'ensemble de l'argent et des médias au cours de chaque période de travail.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir:

- Expérience préalable dans un poste de vente de haut niveau
- Posséder de solides compétences en matière de service à la clientèle.
- Capacité à communiquer professionnellement en français
- Solides compétences organisationnelles, y compris la capacité à redéfinir les priorités de la charge de travail et à s'adapter à des circonstances changeantes.
