Notre centre Champlain Jean-Louis-Lapierre situé à Saint-Constant, propose à sa clientèle un cadre de vie agréable avec des commerces de proximité.

**AGENT(E) ADMINISTRATIF (VE) CLASSE 2 à temps partiel**

incarnant des valeurs de bienveillance, d’excellence, de cohérence, d’ouverture et de transparence.

Vous êtes autonome et faites preuve d’initiative ?

Vous possédez un grand sens de l’organisation et une bonne capacité d’adaptation ?

**Pérennisez l’excellence de votre établissement en**:

- Assistant son supérieur hiérarchique dans sa fonction administrative et dans sa gestion du temps ;
- Assurant la gestion des dossiers au quotidien et en s’impliquant dans des dossiers d’enjeux différents ;
- Agissant comme personne-ressource pour recevoir et répondre dans la mesure de ses compétences aux différentes demandes adressées à son supérieur ;
- Effectuant l’ensemble des tâches de bureautique et administratives connexes.
- Exerçant de façon principale et habituelle diverses attributions telles que le suivi téléphonique, l’orientation des usagers, le dépouillement du courrier, le classement et la distribution de la messagerie

**Compétences recherchées et exigences**:
Nous recherchons avant tout une personne ayant un esprit d’analyse développé associé à un grand sens de l’organisation et de gestion des priorités.
- Détenir un diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) en secrétariat ou bureautique ;
- Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC), un atout;
- Posséder une expérience mínimale de deux (2) ans dans des fonctions similaires;
- Maîtriser l’ensemble des logiciels de la suite Office ainsi que le système LOGIBEC (un atout).
