**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to keep lawns neat and well-groomed.

3. Identify, report and address common lawn issues such as pests, diseases, and weeds.

4. Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and sprayers. Additional equipment may be required if helping other crews.

5. Assist hardscape crews when required to help with installation or construction projects.

6. Assist landscape crews when required to help with bed maintenance, hedge trimming and planting as needed.

7. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

8. Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and customer interactions through company software

9. Adhere to company policies and safety regulations at all times.

10. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and improvement in lawn care techniques. If not a licensed applicator, willing to take the course/exam considered an asset

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.

3. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, equipment operation, and plant identification.

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.

5. Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

8. Pesticide applicator license or willingness to obtain one.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $16.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lawncare: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
- Pesticide Applicator License (preferred)
