Night Auditor/guest Service Agent

The main duties of the Guest Service Agent/ Night auditor is to provide exemplary service to our customers by responding to requests promptly throughout their stay, handle guest accounts, cash handling, answer incoming phone calls, process reservations/cancellations and modification requests, registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, canceling and changing room reservations, processing guests' departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash and completing related forms. Night Auditor will also be responsible for completing and balancing the daily audit reports, preparing housekeeping assignments, as well as setting up breakfast in the morning.

The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills, follow all policies and procedures as outlined by management and display a high level of professionalism. Although previous hotel experience is not required, hotel experience will weigh heavily on the selection of the successful applicant.
