Location: Tillsonburg, ON

- Straight Days Mon-Thurs 4x10's: 5:45a - 3:45p_
- Straight Afternoons Mon-Thurs 4x10's: 3:45p - 1:45a_
- Straight Weekends Fri-Sat-Sun 3x12's: 5:45a - 5:45p_
- $23.75/hr_

**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Maintain inventory accuracy - all materials scanned to location
- Report and request maintenance repairs when necessary for quality or safety to Team Leaders and Production Supervisors
- Maintain accurate production records at all times
- Suggest corrective actions and/or continuous improvements and participate in improvement processes
- Review all quality alerts and notify Team Leader if new quality issues arise
- Ensure work area is clean, neat, orderly and free of scrap materials
- 5S and Kaizen activities as required
- Assist team members to achieve work goals and objectives
- Occasional lifting up to 35 pounds
- Continually coordinate with Team Leaders/Supervisors to maximize efficiency
- Responsible for pre-staging and changing coil for all set-ups
- Banding unused material safely and as per standard
- Cleaning and organizing the coil storage area
- Assist with unloading steel trucks as required
- Assist with receiving and clearing dock once material has been received
- Put all material away in proper storage location
- Ensure all coils are scanned to proper location
- All other relevant duties

**_ Skills/ Capabilities:_**
- Excellent manual dexterity skills
- Computer efficiency skills in all required areas
- Must have Forklift License or have ability to obtain
- Must have Overhead Crane Certification or have ability to obtain
- Excellent attendance

**_ Key Requirements_**_:_**
- Grade 12 Diploma or GED
- Mechanically inclined
