HIRING MECHANICAL APPRENTICE

Main Responsibilities include:

- Perform oil and filter changes.
- Remove, install, rotate, and balance tires.
- Perform minor repairs, maintenance, inspections, and basic tune-ups that do not require the presence of a Licensed Auto Technician.
- Perform customer vehicle maintenance and repairs, as requested.
- Work with Service Manager in order to ensure a smooth flow of communication during repairs or maintenance work.
- Provide quality workmanship to meet or exceed industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of current automobile technology.
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in a similar role
- Results-oriented individual who completes tasks according to instructions and demonstrates responsibility for outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to plan and organize daily tasks.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Concord, ON L4K 1K8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Mechanical degree (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
