The Appliance Repair Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service while servicing a wide range of major household appliances. This position involves diagnosing and repairing a broad spectrum of appliances. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Travel offsite to customer’s residences to perform maintenance and repair household appliances to ensure top product performance
- Minimum 2 years’ experience repairing major appliances (Dryer’s, Washers Dishwasher, Oven’s and Microwave’s )
- Accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of sophisticated household appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide customers, including those from large warranty companies and property management sectors, with guidance on appliance maintenance and use, enhancing their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Must have a full, valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently

Pay: $43,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
