Talent Acquisition Co-op Undergraduate - April to August 2024

This position located at our London Retail Service Centre - 955 Wilton Grove Road, London, Ontario N6N 1C9.

About The Role-
- Work with our RSC Talent Acquisition Specialist to determine labour needs for multiple warehouse positions- Respond to applicant inquiries regarding roles and recruitment and selection process- Update HRIS (Workday) as searches progress, ensuring data integrity- Attend career fairs to attract talent and promote LCBO as a Great Place to Work- Maintain multiple HR reports, measures, and statistics (i.e., vacancy reports, headcount reports)

About You- Currently enrolled in Post-Secondary education in Human Resources or related field- Interest in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition- Previous experience providing administrative support to an HR leader or team- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Enjoy working in high-volume recruitment, whilst handling confidential materials and information
