**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Install, balance, and rotate tires on various vehicles using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform tire repairs, including patching and plugging, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear, damage, and proper inflation.
- Maintain an organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are clean and properly stored.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their tire needs.
- Assist in sales of tires and related products, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery.
- Perform heavy lifting as necessary when handling tires and equipment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar automotive repair role is preferred.
- Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot tire-related issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts.
