**About BECC Modular**

BECC Modular is a rapidly growing volumetric modular design build company, focused on building various modular buildings, from small scale shelters and institutional buildings to large scale affordable multi-residential housing projects across Ontario. With numerous projects won and more on the way, we are building our Construction & Management Team to be the first in hand to see our buildings come to life.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Verify quantity and quality of material received.
- Safely stock all materials in designated locations.
- Deliver kit material to production lines.
- Perform daily inspection of over-head cranes.
- Operate and maintain mobile equipment as required i.e. forklift, reach truck, overhead crane.
- Accurate and complete record keeping as required by management.
- Ensure that daily tasks are done in accordance with the BECC’s Standard Operating Procedures.
- Load and unload products and materials manually or using basic material handling equipment.
- Pick orders, putting stock away while often working at heights.
- Weigh materials, make labels, wrap, sort, and stack.
- Maintain organized inventory, perform daily/weekly and monthly cycle counts.
- Receive material physically and systematically based on provided SOPs
- Required to receive material into an ERP/MRP system.
- Assistant Accounting and purchasing department as required.
- Work in a faced pace environment with repetitive tasks, heavy lifting (up to 50lbs), bending, crouching kneeling, manual dexterity etc.
- Clean and upkeep the work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Possession of a G Class Driver’s License
- Forklift License
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- 1+ years of experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with overhead crane is considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic and positive team player

**Education**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Salary: $22.00- $26.00 per hour
