**Main Responsibilities**:
The **Patient Coordinator’s** main job responsibility is to clearly explain treatment options and related costs. You are a liaison between the provider and the patient, and assist in the gathering of information in the new patient experience, as well as coordinating bookings, check in and check out processes. You are trust worthy and responsible with handling cash. You are a people person and love engaging with others in person or by phone. You are knowledgeable about the treatments, products, and and have a passion for beauty. You provide a calm and warm environment for patients, strive to meet their needs and always ensure excellence in patient experience. You coordinate with other colleagues for an efficient patient flow. You must be bilingual and communicate well.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Previous reception, front of house or concierge experience (required)
- Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance (required)
- Outstanding communication and client rapport (required)
- Previous retail / luxury sales (preferred)
- Retail or Hospitality Experience (preferred)
- Strong Administrative skills
- Strong Phone skills
- Proficiency in Windows Office, Windows Publisher and EMR
- Outgoing and welcoming persona

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
