**Job Description**:
The Analyst supports Distribution Center (DC) organization with analytics related to Freight cost and carrier performance metrics. This role also reports on DC organizational goals, KPI’s and activity through thorough and fact-based analysis.

Key Performance Metrics

Review, confirm and enter invoice data in a timely manner
Delivery of regular internal reports as required
Excellence in customer service to both Internal/External Customer groups

Key Accountabilities

To have a superior grasp on the DC system tables, data and reporting tool functionality with the ability to develop a report and/or analysis and translate data trends.
Daily update of the Delivery Status of Outbound shipments
Maintain the carrier Outbound shipments’ Database
Weekly Dashboard of the carrier delivery performance
Weekly retrieval and conversion of Outbound shipped units data from SAP to Access
Prepare Monthly Operating Review deck on Total Outbound Spend for both Retail and Online, and carrier performance
Forecasting and reporting on shipping trends
Rate Comparisons and Data gathering for Special Projects
Prepare Annual Transportation Budget for both Retail and Online

**Qualifications**:
Work Experience / Education / Certifications

The person in this role should have 5+ years minimum experience with business reporting
Experience in a distribution center working with carrier performance and rate analytics preferred
Dynamic Team player
You have a talent for meeting Key performance indicators and use your high energy and self-confidence to work with the team in a fast-paced logistics team environment.

Advanced skills in Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, pivot tables, functions, and macros

Demonstrated leadership, organizational and time management skills
EWM and ERP experience is an asset
