**Intermediate Project Manager**

Project Manager will work under the direct supervision of a Senior Integration Project Manager to manage the technical project schedule, task lists and provide oversight to changes to the technical environments to ensure little adverse effects to the schedule during upgrades or changes.

The College is implementing a new SaaS based Student Information System (SIS) with complex integrations to other internal systems. As such, we are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Ottawa, Ontario team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the performance of the duties of the Senior Integration Project Manager for communication and radar projects. The Junior Project Manager must perform project coordination and synchronization of tasks as follows:

- Support the development of presentations to senior management regarding project scope, schedule, and current status updates.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience providing Junior/Intermediate Project Manager services working on information technology Capital projects;
- Project Management certification is required, i.e. PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent experience
- Ability to engage/influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodology;
- Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing and ability to describe problems to others, to listen and to manage and influence stakeholders;
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Significant, recent experience with ERP systems, cloud solutions, and transformative projects;
- Experience in change management and with Smartsheet would be considered an asset to this role
