We are seeking experienced and **qualified entry and senior level **Front Line Staff (Direct Service Professionals) to join our team in our 12 locations:
Residential Programs:

- **7 Full-Time Frontline positions** (Scarborough and Oshawa ON ) : Full Time hours, Shift work, Rotational Schedule - **includes Days, Evenings and Weekends is MANDATORY**

**. 2 Full-Time Overnight Awake Positions** (Oshawa ON)
- **2-3 Part-Time Weekend** Overnight Awake positions (Oshawa ON)
- **10 Part-Time Direct Service Professionals** positions (all shifts including weekdays and regular weekends)

Hours of work: 8 hours shifts depending on schedule. (some locations include 12hrs every 3rd weekend)

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a Child and Youth Worker/Mental Health Worker, Developmental Service Worker, Social Services Worker Diploma from a Community College or University. (**Note: NO PSW Certification will be considered without other relevant college diploma)**
- **MANDATORY: 2 years minimum direct experience** working with individuals with complex developmental disabilities in a residential setting..
- Solid understanding of Developmental Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and additional complex needs.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and a caring approach to working with adults with a developmental disability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **MANDATORY: Direct 2+ years of Experience supporting individuals** with daily care requirements, behaviour support plans and individual support plans in a residential setting.
- Ability and interest to be a positive member of a dynamic team.
- Must have the ability to physically support young adults and adults with complex needs.
- Ability to complete and perform Crisis Intervention training (UMAB) - training provided as part of employment.
- Understanding of Quality Assurance Measures an asset, training provided.
- **Valid driver’s License with a G Status mandatory.**
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Successful completion of a VSS police check and Medical clearance in accordance with CRSS policy on pre-employment medicals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
